Generate Letters Software Terms of Service and End-User Agreement

By subscribing to or using Generate Letters Software ("Generate Letters," "we," "our," or "us"), a product of Generate Letters Software, Inc., you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to abide by the following Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms or lack the authority to accept them, you may not use the services provided.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use the Generate Letters platform. You agree to provide accurate information, including your full name, address, email, and phone number during the sign-up process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
You agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected plan using a valid credit card. Charges are billed monthly on your signup date. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial months are not prorated. If you download premium dispute letters upon subscribing to the Business plan, you agree to maintain your subscription for a minimum of two months or be subject to a one-time $20 fee.
You are responsible for all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice via email or system message. Add-on purchases (e.g., training, individual products) are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to update pricing or plan terms with notice.
Generate Letters Software now includes integrations with third-party partner platforms to enhance your credit business operations. While Generate Letters remains focused on dispute generation and credit report analysis, our platform now incorporates customer interaction features such as CRM, automation, client messaging, and appointment scheduling.
We utilize advanced AI technology to review uploaded credit reports (official reports only, from credit bureaus or AnnualCreditReport.com). The AI engine identifies discrepancies, violations, or errors and suggests dispute letters which users can review and customize prior to submission. This saves time while maintaining compliance and professional oversight.
You are responsible for cancelling your own account via the software dashboard. Emails or phone requests are not valid forms of cancellation unless explicitly authorized. No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.
If a chargeback is filed without following our cancellation procedures, you agree to pay all outstanding fees, a $25 chargeback penalty, and any applicable collection costs.
Upon cancellation, user data will be retained for 60 days. It is your responsibility to download any necessary information before this period ends. After 60 days, all account data is permanently deleted.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use Generate Letters Software solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the software. All content, design, and code are the property of Generate Letters Software, Inc. and may not be reused without written permission.
Generate Letters Software, Inc. is a software company, not a credit repair service. We provide tools to assist professionals in creating compliant letters and managing disputes. We do not guarantee results. You remain responsible for your own use of the platform and for complying with federal and state regulations.
Our platform does not offer legal advice. If you require legal assistance, please consult a licensed attorney.
Integrated payment processing tools are offered for convenience. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with payment processor terms, particularly if operating a credit services business. Generate Letters does not verify or validate your legal eligibility to use third-party processors.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of [Insert Jurisdiction].
